Mardi Gras Joy

I was in New Orleans for New Years (not Mardi Gras - permit some artistic license) and it was absolutely amazing! What fun! There was confetti, bright colors, glitter and flash everywhere, which inspired this 18"x20" mosaic.

This photo just doesn't capture its real-life pizzaz. The brownish pieces are mirror. The turquoise and magenta are glittery and the small streamers are made of millefiori outlined in glitter.
